Throughout my culinary journey I have made connections with many talented Chefs. They have brought me up in a kind, caring, understanding and wonderful way. The amount of inspiration they have shared with me has brought me to a mindset I never thought I would have, I feel as if nothing can stop me. I have learned so many things from these amazing Chefs. I am truly thankful to be given these opportunities to meet and know many of these great people who I call my family.

I had the opportunity to go to the Bite Baldor Event, "Bite a Tastey State of Mind," this past April. I met one of my biggest inspirations, Barbara Lynch, as well as the talented Eric Ripert.
